This website is owned and operated by Relentless Indigenous Woman Co. When we say “we,” “our,” or “us,” we are referring to this business. By using our site or placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to the policies outlined here.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page.

Product Information

Many of our products are created using trusted print-on-demand partners. This means:

  • Items are made to order
  • Product colours may vary slightly due to screen differences
  • Sizing depends on each supplier and is shown on each product page

We do our best to provide accurate photos and descriptions. If you have questions, contact us before ordering.

Pricing

All prices are listed in our website unless otherwise stated. Prices may change without notice, but any change will not affect orders already placed.

Payment

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Your payment is processed securely, and we do not store your credit card information.

Order Processing & Shipping

Processing Time:

Please allow 3–7 business days for production before your order ships.

Shipping Time:

Shipping times vary based on location and carrier. Most packages arrive within 7–14 business days after production.

Tracking:

You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Delays:

We are not responsible for delays due to customs, weather, holidays, or carrier issues.

Cancellations & Changes

Because your order begins production quickly, changes and cancellations can only be made within 12 hours of ordering or before it goes to production.

After 12 hours, we cannot modify or cancel.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Because each product is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Wrong size ordered
  • Changes of mind
  • Ordering mistakes

Please read product details and sizing carefully before purchasing.

If Your Order Arrives Damaged or Incorrect

We will replace or refund any item that arrives:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Incorrect

To request a replacement:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery at merch@relentlessindigenouswoman.ca
  • Include your order number
  • Attach clear photos showing the issue
  • If your package is lost in transit, we will replace it at no cost.
  • If your package is marked “delivered” but missing, please check with neighbours/building management and allow 24–48 hours, as carriers sometimes scan early.

Refunds are issued back to your original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear.

All content on this website—including designs, images, products, logos, text, and branding—is owned by Relentless Indigenous Woman Co.

You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without written permission.

Privacy & Data Protection

We respect your privacy. Your personal information is only used for:
