Many of our products are created using trusted print-on-demand partners. This means:

• Items are made to order
• Product colours may vary slightly due to screen differences
• Sizing depends on each supplier and is shown on each product page
  

We do our best to provide accurate photos and descriptions. If you have questions, contact us before ordering.

We want to be transparent with you about how our clothing is produced, and why it matters.

Most of the garments we offer are created through a system that already exists--a global supply chain where materials, fabrics, and components are sourced from different parts of the world.

This is not unique to our store; it’s the reality of the clothing industry as a whole. In fact, most of clothing worldwide is produced this way, through large, interconnected networks that small brands like ours simply inherit.

We didn’t build this system, we’re working inside of it.

As a small Indigenous-owned business, we do not have the scale, funding, or infrastructure to manufacture every piece from the ground up with fully local materials. But what we do have is the ability to make intentional, values-centred decisions at every step we can influence.

Here’s what we’re committed to:

• Using print-on-demand for most garments, which means items are only made when ordered — reducing waste, overstock, and landfill impact
• Avoiding mass bulk production so that we are not creating unnecessary environmental harm
• Building a business model that grows toward deeper accountability, including future plans for collaborations with Indigenous makers, local sourcing where possible, and designs rooted in relationality
  

We understand the complexity of working within a global system that wasn’t built with sustainability or Indigenous values in mind. And yet, we believe in doing what we can, with what we have, while we continue to dream and build toward something better.

Every purchase supports our ability to create work that uplifts Indigenous voices, stories, and creative sovereignty, and helps us move toward more aligned production practices over time.

All prices are listed in our website unless otherwise stated. Prices may change without notice, but any change will not affect orders already placed.

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Your payment is processed securely, and we do not store your credit card information.

Processing Time:

Please allow 3–7 business days for production before your order ships.

Shipping Time:

Shipping times vary based on location and carrier. Most packages arrive within 7–14 business days after production.

Tracking:

You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Delays:

We are not responsible for delays due to customs, weather, holidays, or carrier issues.

Because your order begins production quickly, changes and cancellations can only be made within 12 hours of ordering or before it goes to production.

After 12 hours, we cannot modify or cancel.

Because each product is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Wrong size ordered
• Changes of mind
• Ordering mistakes
  

Please read product details and sizing carefully before purchasing.

If Your Order Arrives Damaged or Incorrect

We will replace or refund any item that arrives:

• Damaged
• Defective
• Incorrect
  

To request a replacement:

• Contact us within 7 days of delivery at merch@relentlessindigenouswoman.ca
• Include your order number
• Attach clear photos showing the issue
• If your package is lost in transit, we will replace it at no cost.
• If your package is marked “delivered” but missing, please check with neighbours/building management and allow 24–48 hours, as carriers sometimes scan early.

Refunds are issued back to your original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear.
